April 30, 2013 Re: North Toronto Collegiate Institute - Staffing Change
Dear Students, Staff, Parents & Guardians of North Toronto Collegiate Institute, On behalf of the Toronto District School Board, we take this opportunity to inform you that retired Vice Principal Sima Naymark will be completing her assignment as of April 30, 2013. Please join us in thanking Ms. Naymark for her excellent support of students and the NTCI community for the past eight months. Commencing May 1, 2013, Ms. Naymark will be replaced by Michael Ferguson - a retired former Principal who has worked within our family of schools. Mr. Ferguson brings extensive experience as former Vice Principal of North Toronto, Vice Principal of Forest Hill and Principal of Eastern Commerce. Mr. Ferguson will work with the current administrative team to ensure the continuity of programming and service to our students until the end of the school year. Over the upcoming months Trustee Laskin and I will be working with Senior TDSB Administration to select a permanent Vice Principal commencing September 1, 2013.
