Acknowledgements and Upcoming Events We enjoyed a very successful leadership orientation day this week at Cedar Glen with our student leaders. Thanks to Ms. Hayden, Ms. Mekhael, Ms. Wilson and Mr. Barnswell for organizing and participating in this annual event. Thanks to Mr. Tallevi and the HPE department for organizing our Terry Fox run on Friday. It was a great way to support a worthy cause and enjoy the great weather. Class reps were elected in each Home Form class this week to ensure that student voices are represented as the school moves forward this year. Sept 25 Club Fair Students will learn about the various clubs and teams that are recruiting for new members for the current school year. Sept 25 Parent Council Meeting Please join us at our first Parent Council meeting in room 215 at 7:30 pm. Meet the school administration and the student council reps, receive a calendar with school events and meet the staff reps for the school year! Sept 26 Staff meeting Late start. Classes begin at 10 am. All school schedules are posted on our website or can be found in the NT 2017/18 student agenda. Sept 28 Photo Retake Day For any students who did not have a school photo taken when registering/picking up timetables, photographers will be on-site today to take pictures for student photo identification. Sept 28 Mini-Night for Parents Mini-Night, NT's curriculum night, begins at 6:30 pm. Teachers will provide a brief overview of their courses and student expectations for the school year. Please mark this date on your calendar! Plan to arrive by 6:15 pm to pick up a copy of your son/daughter's timetable and prepare for first period! Sept 29 Late start. Classes begin at 10 am.
