Toronto Public Health is assessing student immunization records to ensure student vaccinations are up-to-date according to their age. Students who are not yet in compliance with the Immunization of School Pupils Act have been sent a letter requesting updated immunization information to their home address. Parents/guardians are encouraged to report their child's updated immunization to Toronto Public Health online at the following link: toronto.ca/studentvaccines. The system is secure, fast and easy to use. Students who have not updated their immunization records may face a school suspension starting February 6, 2020.
