I've downloaded the PST Capture Tool and have installed the pre-reqs on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I'm trying to install the capture console on that server however I'm stuck on the "Central Service account" page of the installer.
I provide the credentials of the service account and get a message that "The account DOMAIN\serviceAccount does not have administrator rights on the local computer or the credentials are incorrect". I know that the credentials are correct (have used them to login to the server) and that the account is an administrator (listed explicitly in the Administrators group). Anyone run into this before?
