We've been using it to back up some small servers at remote sites for quite some time.
When it works, it works great. When it doesn't work, it can be a pain to get working again. It does almost no logging, and the errors it does log are usually useless. Repairing a client that fails to back up usually involves uninstalling the client, rebooting it, and reinstalling.
