[NTSysADM] Have Downgrade Rights, where to get media?

Bought some MapPoint 2013 in which I have downgrade rights for.  I need to
install 2011. 

Where does one get the media/exe for this?  Can I use the ones off technet
legitimately?

 

Never used downgrade rights before.
