Basically OCR for Visio. Don't think anything like that exists.

Don't suppose there's any way you can take a picture (png format) and import it back into Visio to make some modifications? I lost the original visio diagrams when my TeraStation bit the dust, and the embedded pics in the docs are all that remains of them...
