Then he is saying the whole TCP/IP stack in Windows is junk. TCP is TCP. If he 
has specific information to support his claim there are a lot of engineers who 
would like to see it.

That said: most trace analysis is after the fact. Pretty pictures and graphs 
while the trace is running don't add much unless one is watching for a specific 
condition.
