Although the fix never completed, it resolved my problem. You saved me a very big headache of reloading the OS.

It was working fine and dandy until I deployed that printer via GPO. No matter what I do or how I map the printer it doesn't print. It shows it in the queue, it says its printed but the printer is non-responsive. I tried to remove the related print drivers via printui, same result. Installed printer via tcp/ip port same result Installed printer via tcp/ip port on a working machine and shared it, same result Installed original drivers and latest drivers, same result. Tried a new user profile, same result What can I do besides reimaging this bad boy because there is no image yet. Anyway to strip all the drivers and printing service out and then reinstall it? TIA Jimmy
