Although they "claim" they did not send a cease and desist order, but then they 
lie so much I doubt they could tell the truth without outside assistance.  
Certainly they don't get that assistance from anyone in the government.

Ahh, OK - so, legal parody aside - it appears that the NSA does have special 
legal standing in that the NSA seal cannot be used on commercial merchandise
