Jim, Hmmm.... that is odd. When you reported it I immediately went to YouTube to watch anything. Everything pulled up worked with no errors or issues.
Do you think it may have something to do with Flash and the browser? For your reference, I am using an Asus laptop with 8 gig of RAM and have Windows 8 running on it (with Metro turned off) using Firefox 23.
