I used to just create an account in AD that I would then add to the local RDP Users group for that server, and set an account expiry for the account in case I forgot to disable it. Long time it seems now since I did sysadmin tho :-( On 17 September 2013 15:07, David Lum <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: We have about 100 Windows servers, and on occasion we have some non-IT employees and vendors that need RDP access to a server here and there. Do you guys create AD groups for these, or do you add the user directly to the server?
