We need to know more specifics about your system hardware and what is
running.  This activity could be normal under the right [or wrong]
conditions.  Also, a list of what these "random" processes are.  Just
because they swap with each other, doesn't mean that they are truly random.
I'd hazard a guess that its a short-list of processes.
