Good question.  I don't believe it is but I have nothing to compare it with.  
The owner sent me a notification that there was a low level of idle time.  I'll 
check with him to see how long he has been getting these messages.

I have a sbs 2003 server that doesn't seem to want to go idle.  I've done 
malware and virus scans  but that hasn't helped.  I've rebooted and no luck 
there.  I see random processes each taking their turn at putting a load on the 
processor.  The load just goes up and down but averages about 50%.

The server has the following roles: AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File services...

I really don't know how to troubleshoot this.  Anyone have any suggestions?
