I think this primarily because: He's completely stoic in his demeanor, and in the Avengers its repeatedly mentioned that he's dating a cellist (which The Scarlet Witch was rumored to be). I dunno if any of the "cellist" bit is true, but other points to seem to be at least applicable. I totally agree on the facial features as well. I think he would visually make a great Vision. And this all could tie-in really well with the next Avengers movie - since it features Ultron as the baddy.
Fun tid bits: - The Avengers battle with Loki is casefile is #113.
