I couldn't live without these HD Docks. I have three. Even keep one in my
server rack.

They have USB, but also eSATA, which I mainly use. They also support 3.5 or
2.5 disks.

I have used several of the Vantec NexStar CX devices. They always work well.

Any one have a recommendation for which one/type to get? Any companies to
stay away from? Amazon must have more than 50 different models/companies to
choose from.

2.5" SATA laptop drive is what I am looking to pull data off of before
sending the machine in for service.

Thanks,

Jon
