  As I recall, it was possible to do this if you saved the RDP
connection settings to a file, and then edited the file using Notepad
or some other text editor, and changed the port number there.  It was
in the file, but not exposed via a UI anywhere.

  This was several major revisions ago, so Microsoft may have fixed it
to stop working by now.
