+1 brightmail / MessageLabs / Symantec Cloud. We were brightmail that turned into ML that turned into Symantec Cloud, it’s been awesome, we have a few thousand mailboxes on it across our client base.

Forefront Online Protection for Exchange is also popular with my customers. I’ve also got folks out there using Barracudas, and after the training period (it’s Bayesian based) they tend to be happy – but they scream awfully loud during training.
