Hello gurus...you may recall we had issues with on premises and cloud archive 
last week.  After spending a good chunk of time analyzing AutoDiscover, I 
concluded that wasn't the issue.  I opened up an O365 ticket and after many 
different headaches I may have finally reached a resolution.  O365 Messaging 
and Cloud support (tier 3 as an FYI) mentioned we need Exchange Online 
licensing in addition to Exchange Archiving licenses.  Can anyone confirm this 
is truly accurate?  Before we go spending more money, I'd like assurance we're 
not going down the wrong path.

Of course Microsoft is vague online too...nothing really clear cut.
