Already done both removing and rejoining the domain and deleting  entries
No joy! Only non cached mode works

Are they using auto complete entries when addressing the message to the 
recipient? If they are delete those entries and retry.

Yes for outlook profile
Not for user profile because the issue is with all user in the same machine

Did you repair the profile? Did you create a new profile?

After a domain migration some users /pcs in cached mode receive immediate NDR 
(unable to use any of your accounts to deliver the mail )
Same users logged to other machine can successfully
Non cached mode is OK
All googled tricks didn't help
Exchange Server is 2010 and Outlook is 2010
