We looked at AWS too. You can run a VM much cheaper in AWS than you can in 
Azure if you get into their 1 or 3 year terms. I can't find any discounts on 
AWS storage unless you get into very expensive commitments. In Azure, you can 
get a discount at much a lower commitment level that applies to all Azure 
services.
