The blog poster is seeing the event on a host server, not a guest. You are seeing this event on a guest? And you are not seeing anything on the host?

What this actually changed that was critical to this condition was modifying PCI Express > Link State Power Management > Off hoping it will work, does anyone have any thoughts?
