I believe this has been discussed before but I can't find it in my archives.
Since laptops don't come with a W8 COA, what happens when we have to reinstall Windows on it? Where do we get the OEM serial numbers from? Lets pretend the computer is out of warranty and the manufacture won't send us install media and a key.
