OK, copy the application and publish it under a different name for just the 
affected user. You can then mess with server-side settings to your heart's 
content without troubling anyone else.

Not on the user end - find out the published application/desktop he's using and 
change the settings on the back end.

The user can try different settings - you can also set screen size, etc. on the 
Citrix console for the app he's using

Hi all,

We have a user that bought a new mac book, and when they log into citrix 
(Citrix fundamentals) they cannot work because its seems the screen area is to 
large for his book, 



user says they have tried all the   "session setting">"display">"windows size" 
setting and nothing worked, any thoughts would be great as i cannot get to the 
actual laptop till later this week.
