I have experience with the 1st gen FS7500s, and it is anything but positive. I've heard a lot of positive feedback from folks regarding the 76xx models. It's my understanding the hardware architecture was completely changed, and the current version of FluidFS includes a lot of the features that had been previously lacking. With that said, I think they still have a ways to go to be compared with NetApp from a feature perspective. Price, performance, and reliability might be a different story.
