I'd like to enable the AD recycle bin functionality in our domain and in order to do that will need to raise the functional level from 2008 to 2008R2. So far I haven't run into anything to worry about with that but wanted to ask if there were any gotchas anyone had run into during the process. I've done a few of these in the past with no issues but we've since added Exchange to the mix so that's my main concern. Single forest, single domain, multiple sites.
