Well, when someone is has 20+ servers listed and they aren’t getting any bids, it doesn’t hurt to ask. JI’ll check to see if MD has any similar programs. Thanks.

Donations? On Ebay? I don't think so...

Our state (Washington) has a donation program. Ours is called Computers 4 Kids, and we have received desktops and servers from them in the past.

There is also a federal program called Computers 4 Learning. You should check to see if you qualify.

I work for a small non-profit private school. I’d like to set up a hot-spare of our single 2008 R2 Hyper-V host, which is a Dell PE T710. Does anyone deal with or know of any organizations that make hardware donations to schools or non-profits? I’ve done a little looking on ebay, but haven’t had any success yet.

Thanks,
