The proper folder is named "Junk E-Mail".

Check out "outlook.exe /resetfolders".

And this question is best directed to the Exchange group.

Subject: [NTSysADM] Outlook 2010 issue with two junk Folders

Hi All,

I noticed that my Outlook 2010 started having two Junk folders: one named "Junk
Email" and the other "Junk E-mail". The first one also displays a red sign on
it. People reported issues that many legit emails have started going into "Junk
Email". We have recently switched to cached mode due to another issue, and I am
not sure if they are related.

Any idea or comments greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Rami
