  You also have to deal with multiple devices, and (depending on how
you secure it) people who don't belong connecting and then
disconnecting.  So you may actually end up with more than 500 leases
issued.

  I'd suggest using a /23, maybe even a /22 or /21.  Private address
space is free.  If you don't have any other networks to worry about
(besides 192.168.10.0/24) then 192.168.16.0/21 works well.
