My guess, and it's only a guess, is that you'll be fine. You won't be able to change the DFL or FFL until all 2003 DCs are gone, but I would think you can add as many 2003 DCs as you want until that time. I'm sure smarter folks will chime in and either verify, or tell me to go back to my little corner. (Actually, the golf course today. It's too beautiful here to stay inside all day.)
