You could set this value through GPP for the page version checking

edit the SyncMode5 DWORD value in the following registry key to verify the
correct setting:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings

The data values for the SyncMode5 value include:
0: Never
2: Every time you start Internet Explorer
3: Every visit to the page
4: Automatically
