Given our experiences with UAG over the last couple of years, I'd say they quit 
testing with XP a looonnng time ago.  :)

Hey, with XP not being supported, there's no need to test against XP. :)
It could be planned...
or it could be accidental...
or it could be accidental, but discovered in enough time, but ignored because 
of opening sentence...
It is either a deliberate or accidental shot across the bow.  LOL
However, never attribute to malice, that which can be adequately explained by 
incompetence...
