I haven't used MS FTP in a loooooooooonnngggg time.  Does it show different
banners, etc. for local and remote client ip addresses?  You're definitely
not seeing the same things in what you presented here.  ("Microsoft FTP
Service" -vs- "FTP version 1.0", for example.)

It looks to me like you're NATted to a different internal machine than the
one you're expecting.
