Some (like AppSense MobileNow, which I have experience of) do a wide variety of things like jailbreak detection, anti-malware, application management, etc., and a load more besides. Citrix (XenMobile) and VMware (AirWatch) both also have solutions in this arena that do a hell of a lot besides what you've asked for. There are many smaller players too. I suggest you take a dip into Google and see what you can find. Don't know if MS or Google have entered this area either, but you can probably find a load with a simple search.
