If you're experiencing this problem and are at the latest version of the 
driver, you can also try the workaround I used when I was in the last stages of 
diagnosing the problem.
Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab: check the box for "Use Software 
rendering..."

If it's anything like the EVGA UV+ my issues with IE were related to the 
DisplayPort driver.  A quick peek at the Tripp Lite product suggests that it is 
a DisplayPort, since the driver is 7.5M2, same as the EVGA UV+ driver is 
currently.
