We are still using Kix Scripts so I put in a section to remind the user that they have to click through each time the log on. Starting at 14 days before change. Then when they get down to the last three days, the message is enhanced with a change PW now box they have to click through after the PW change box. Then we try to embarrass them when they call. Our IT staff is small and in one open room so when someone calls in because they did not change their PW, we call out to the whole room that the person and yes we name the person, did not change their PW and could someone unlock them. Even if no one else is in the room we still call out because they do not know who is in or not in. Usually takes a time or two but they do finally get the hint. Well most people, still have one user who does not seem to care.
