wireless users and was just
typing on the fly;

what I meant was
ie. public port 3389 to internal 3389 x.x.x.10

ie. public port 4000 to internal 3389 x.x.x.11

ie. public port 4001 to internal 3389 x.x.x.12

Does your firewall not have the ability to do port translation?

ie. public port 3389 to internal 3389 x.x.x.10

ie. public port 3389 to internal 3389 x.x.x.11

ie. public port 3389 to internal 3389 x.x.x.12
