As you noted, doesn't really apply, but this suggestion, from a Microsoft Engineer, is downright scary: "I would suggest you to contact HP support to get the firmware deleted." So that's Microsoft's suggestion to do a Windows upgrade. Modify the machine's firmware. -- Ben
