  Given the key extraction tricks others provided (which seem to have
worked), I could combine that with this, assuming the EL.CFG part
works.

  I thought of that.  It appears Toshiba's "system restore" (restore
to factory image) set uses a different imaging tool.  No WIM files on
the discs it created.
