Without being a wise-ass, here's a Google search example of something that I find incredibly use when searching for site-specific information:
exchange list site:myitforum.com <https://www.google.com/search?q=exchange+list+site:myitforum.com> Using the "site:" command (or whatever you call it in Google-terms), you can keep your results specific to only matches found against that website.
