Thanks all for the input on this question relating to running 2012 on the ML310 G5p servers. I think I'm going to give it a whirl with an in place upgrade. I've done countless 2008 to 2012 upgrades before and never once ran into a problem. (though I generally prefer to do a fresh install if possible). Appreciate everyone's input.
