[NTSysADM] OT: AT&T to Google Voice outage?

Sorry for the OT, but I'm hoping the geographically diverse crowd here  
can help.

Here in NE Ohio there seems to be a problem with AT&T, landline or  
cellular, getting a rapid busy when calling google voice numbers.   
Placing calls from GV is working fine, as are sending/receiving texts.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
