I am trying to look back on past posts on an issue I'm having again. Apparently I've forgotten my password to log into lists.myitforum.com. There is no reset password option. Clicking on Help tells me to "Contact your hosting company or email administrator to have your password changed. Please do not contact SmarterTools directly, as we have no access to retrieve your password."
Who do I contact to reset the password or... is there another way to peruse the old posts? TIA -Paul
