I have a number of Server 2008 R2 64-bit machines unable to get updates from MS since the Windows Update agent was updated to 7.6.7600.320 - subsequent checks for updates fail with an 80070020 error.
However, I have at least one machine with the updated agent that's finding and installing updates without the issue. Have run the DISM/System Update Readiness Tool on the affected machines but no issues found. And there doesn't appear to be a way to remove or reinstall the update for the Update Agent.
