I’m not aware of any difference between an Exchange 2010 and an Exchange 2013 certificate. I believe they have the same requirements and you can use one for the other without issue.

Confused about the Service Communication Certificate I need to install on the ADFS server. Have not found this type of certificate in our cert vendor (Entrust).
