RB hardware is awesome, very stable, but router OS gui can be a bear if you don't use it everyday.. I generally will leave it on wireless devics but for the routers I prefer linux.. and WRT can be put on alot of the RB hardware... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzVfx88Hhys
