Can you try setting the new GPO to Enforced and see if that makes any difference? Without seeing the OU structure it's difficult to prognosticate which should win...

I just did a Group Policy Modeling, yes. For "User Configuration", it says "Winning GPO" is *not* this new GPO I made, but instead the GPO that usually applies to her. (the GPO that is linked to a group she is a member of). This winning GPO does (properly) have her redirected folder to a server share. So the new GPO is being applied for the computer configuration, but not the user. Dunno why, tho ... I'm guessing I have to set an order of precedence or some such, but I don't know how you do that with GPOs ... Despatched via Blackberry. Mock if you will, but it gets my email without a fuss.
