It seems recent versions >7u67 and 8u25 ignore the browser proxy settings for *some* urls. Forcing the proxy settings in the java config work. The documented way of overriding this via gpo gets the settings in the config applet but they are also not utilized? Removing the site config and recreating the settings manual get it working.
Has anyone seen this and know a workaround? Thanks, jlc
