I'm seeing this on at least two 2003 servers (I've only checked two) that do NOT yet have MS14-068 installed but do have MS14-066 (initial release). We deploy via WSUS so the 14-068 patches are downloaded and ready to install, but I can't successfully run MU or WU from either server. I get the same 80248015 error. I haven't tried the workaround since I'm good to patch via WSUS.
