Even though the rest of the document prints out legibly? It’s only the sensitive info fields that are blacked out.

When she prints the statement through her Toshiba E-Studio all of the sensitive info fields are blacked out, but if she prints it via her HP LaserJet it prints everything. It certainly sounds like a security feature, but I have never encountered this before. Has anyone else run in to this? Thanks! Neil
